Anita Halim

Anita Halim Lim merupakan seorang desainer dan peneliti. Ia belajar arsitektur di Universitas Tarumanagara Jakarta lalu melanjutkan studi jurusan warisan budaya (heritage studies) di Vrije University Amsterdam.

Ketertarikannya pada isu perkotaan muncul saat ia melakukan kerja magang di Rujak Center for Urban Studies. Kemudian, saat bekerja sebagai arsitek di proyek revitalisasi Kota Tua Jakarta, ia memulai penelitian atas metode placemaking untuk aktivasi tempat-tempat bersejarah dengan melibatkan beragam komunitas.

Saat ini, Anita terlibat dalam kegiatan riset, desain, dan penulisan untuk berbagai pameran dengan tema arsitektur dan kota.

Anita Halim is a designer and researcher. She studied architecture at Universitas Tarumanegara Jakarta then continued her study in Heritage Studies at Vrije University Amsterdam.

Her passsion for urban issues came up while working as an internship at Rujak Center for Urban Studies. Also, while working as an architect in Jakarta Old Town revitalization project, she started conducting research on placemaking method to revitalize historic places by cooperating with various community.

At the moment, Anita involved in research, design, and writings for several city and architecture themed exhibitions.

Irmawati Puan Mawar

Irmawati Puan Mawar, lebih akrab disapa Imhe Mawar adalah seorang sarjana sains yang kemudian memilih profesi jurnalis sebagai pekerjaan. Sebagian besar karya jurnalistiknya dimuat di Tempo, pernah menjadi jurnalis Tempo (2003-2016) dan saat ini bekerja sebagai penulis lepas yang tinggal di Makassar. Beberapa karya jurnalistiknya ditulis ulang menjadi buku bacaan anak, yaitu “Emmy Saelan Perempuan di Palagan” 2018, “Emmy Saelan” 2019, dan “Ma’nene, Menjenguk Leluhur di Patane” 2020. Terpilih dalam pertukaran pemuda “Jenesys Young Opinion Leaders Program” pada tahun 2011, penerima fellowship Ekologi Sulawesi 2011-2012 dari WWF dan SIEJ, fellows of Science journalism COOPeration (SjCOOP) Asia 2014 yang dilaksanakan World Federation of Science Journalists (WFSJ).

Imhe juga merupakan pendiri Komunitas Literasi Makassar, pendiri Institute Sastra Makassar (ISM), pendiri Society of Indonesian Science Journalists (SISJ), serta bersama team SISJ terpilih sebagai peraih program Google News Initiative (GNI) Innovation Challenge 2022.

Irmawati Puan Mawar, commonly known as Imhe Mawar is a graduate of faculty of science who then chose to become a journalist. Most of her journalistic works were published on Tempo, worked as a journalist at Tempo (2003-2016) and currently works as a freelance writer based in Makassar. Some of her jurnalistic works has been reworked into children’s book, they are “Emmy Saelan Perempuan di Palagan” 2018, “Emmy Saelan” 2019, dan “Ma’nene, Menjenguk Leluhur di Patane” 2020. In 2011, she was selected for a youth exchange program “Jenesys Young Opinion Leaders Program”, received fellowship Ekologi Sulawesi 2011-2012 from WWF and SIEJ, received fellows of Science journalism COOPeration (SjCOOP) Asia 2014 from World Federation of Science Journalist (WFSJ). 

Imhe also a co-founder of Komunitas Literasi Makassar, Institut Sastra Makassar (ISM), Society of Indonesian Science Journalist (SISJ), as part of SISJ team, she also received Innovation Challenge 2022 of Google News Initiative (GNI).

Neni Muhidin

Neni Muhidin, lahir di Palu 1 Juni 1978. Besar di kota kelahirannya, sempat sekolah di Tolitoli, dan menyelesaikan kuliahnya di jurusan Hubungan Internasional, Universitas Pasundan, Bandung. Sempat bekerja sebagai peneliti di beberapa lembaga riset di Jakarta sebelum akhirnya memutuskan pulang kampung.

Mendirikan Nemu Buku, perpustakaan komunitas di Palu sejak 17 Agustus 2007, diikuti lahirnya penerbitan yang menjadi bagian dari perpustakaan itu, nemupublisihing, menerbitkan buku-buku sastra dan etnografi Sulawesi Tengah.

Selain beraktivitas di Nemu Buku, juga bekerja sebagai peneliti lepas dan paruh waktu di beberapa proyek riset, utamanya lingkungan, kebencanaan, kebudayaan. Neni Muhidin juga menulis puisi, esai, dan feature jurnalistik.

Neni Muhidin, Born in 1978 in Palu. Grew up in his hometown, had studied in Toli-Toli, and graduated from Universitas Pasundan, Bandung, majoring in International Relations. He had worked as a researcher for a number of research institutes in Jakarta before finally decided to return to his hometown.

He founded Nemu Buku, a community run library in Palu since 17 August 2007, followed by a publishing division as part of the library, nemupublishing, focused on publishing Central Sulawesi literature and etnography books.

Besides his activity at Nemu Buku, he also works as halftime and freelance researcher in several research projects, mostly on environment, disaster relief, and culture. Neni Muhidin also engages in poetry, essay, and feature article

Zikri Rahman

Zikri Rahman konsisten melakukan kolaborasi bersama kelompok-kelompok pegiat budaya dalam berbagai proyek sosial-budaya. Buku Jalanan, sebuah jejaring rizomatis gerakan perpustakaan jalanan yang turut ia dirikan, adalah suatu gerakan lepas para pekerja budaya dan pengetahuan yang berfokus pada desentralisasi moda produksi pengetahuan. Ia juga terlibat dalam Pusat Sejarah Rakyat, sebuah platform pengarsipan riset dan dokumentasi independen terkhusus pada sejarah rakyat Singapur dan Malaysia. Bersama LiteraCity, ia meluncurkan sebuah proyek pemetaan budaya dan literasi di Kuala Lumpur. Zikri Rahman juga seorang penulis, peneliti dan penerjemah independen pada pelbagai platform.

Zikri Rahman has consistently embarked on collaborations with cultural activist groups in various socio-political projects. Buku Jalanan, a rhizomatic network of street library movement he co-founded, is a loose cultural and knowledge workers movement focusing on decentralizing the modes of knowledge production. He is also affiliated with Pusat Sejarah Rakyat, an independent archival research and documentation platform focusing on Malaysia and Singapore’s people’s history. With LiteraCity, he initiated a literary and cultural mapping project in the city of Kuala Lumpur. Zikri Rahman is also a writer, independent researcher and translator for various ephemeral platforms.
